食品安全與健康的中國式現(xiàn)代化,,是國家實現(xiàn)強國戰(zhàn)略的偉大目標(biāo)之一,。當(dāng)前,我國食品工業(yè)已進(jìn)入以“營養(yǎng)與健康”為導(dǎo)向的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展期,,迫切需要依靠科技創(chuàng)新,,突破“卡脖子”技術(shù)瓶頸,實現(xiàn)食品工業(yè)健康轉(zhuǎn)型升級,。為貫徹落實黨的二十屆三中全會中關(guān)于“構(gòu)建多元化食物供給體系”等決策部署,,助力建設(shè)農(nóng)業(yè)強國、推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村全面振興,、增強高水平人才培養(yǎng),,由華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)主辦、華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)食品學(xué)院承辦的未來食品健康與安全科技創(chuàng)新國際研討會將于11月9日在廣東廣州召開,。
Dear Experts, Scholars, and Relevant Personnel,
The modernization of food safety and health in China is one of the great goals for the nation to achieve its strategic vision of becoming a strong country. Currently, China's food industry has entered a transformative phase guided by "nutrition and health." There is an urgent need to rely on technological innovation to overcome "bottleneck" technologies and achieve a healthy transformation and upgrade of the food industry. In order to implement the decisions made at the 20th National Congress, including the establishment of a diversified food supply system, and to support the construction of a strong agricultural nation, promote comprehensive rural revitalization, and enhance high-level talent cultivation, the International Symposium on Future Food Health and Safety Technology Innovation will be held on November 9 in Guangzhou, Guangdong, hosted by South China Agricultural University and organized by the College of Food Science of South China Agricultural University.
